Throughout the chosen availability, we will give you an unlimited number of chat engagements with a monthly reporting and analysis. Integrators will be able to choose how many leads are received per month while additional costs for each lead will depend on the chat service chosen. Once you’ve decided the direction you’d like to take your Lead Concierge service, we will provide you with a link to our pre-production form. Here, you will be asked to provide information regarding your account and preferences. You are also given the chance to direct our agents on how you want certain questions answered, or any particular preferences you’d like with each chat engagement. As soon as the chat service has been integrated onto your site, an agent will be available to aide your customers.
