Client Onboarding Team Lead

Hi! I’m Morgan. I have over 3 years of experience in onboarding of clients, and 5+ years in management experience. I have 2 kids, 3 dogs and enjoy a lazy day with the family, as well as being on the go traveling, and out on the town. Big foodie over here and love to try a new spot - bonus if known for dessert.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Changes related to Onboarding
  • Holds Onboarding Team Accountable and Responsible for KPIs, Metrics, Tasks and other Initiatives
  • Provides Support to Onboarding Team
  • General Pipeline Coordination and Management

Luke Robbins

Senior Onboarding Specialist

Hello! I’m Luke. I have been working in the world of client onboarding and relationship management for over 7 years in healthcare, technology & marketing space. In my spare time I enjoy reading, going to the movies and traveling. My life goal is to be able to see the entire world.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads Client Onboarding Initiatives for high value clients or custom projects
  • Represents the Client Onboarding team at special events throughout the year
  • Identifies Learning Paths to improve and develop the Client Onboarding team
  • Conducts Onboarding and All Related Tasks for all One Firefly Products & Services (other than Amplify People & Graphics Projects) for both new & existing clients
  • Assists with training initiatives in the department

Onboarding Specialist

Hi there! I'm Dani. I'm the onboarding specialist at One Firefly. My work experience has focused on customer service, providing clear and effective guidance to help meet my client’s needs. I enjoy working out, reading books, meditating and listening to music. Despite being a creature of habit, I always love a good adventure!!

How long does an onboarding call typically take?
An onboarding call varies in length depending on the services purchased, however they tend to range between an hour to and hour and a half. Although, If you review and complete your onboarding form prior to the call, that can drastically help reduce the duration of the meeting.
Who should I have join the onboarding call from my team?
We recommend having the project contact on your onboarding call, as well as any other key players. Typically clients will invite their IT employee or office manager as well if they have login credentials to systems.
Can I skip onboarding and have the One Firefly team create my facebook page,constant contact account, etc.?
It is best practice to create these on your own as we want to ensure that you are the primary owner of the account, in the case that you ever need to reach out to support.
Can I get access to the constant contact account that you are creating?
We can provide the logins to the Constant Contact account we create. However, once the program wraps we will remove our payment method and cancel the account.
How do I know that you will not steal my clients from my client mailing list?
Here at One Firefly we take confidentiality seriously and are more than happy to sign an NDA.
