This is a full-time, remote, work-from-home position. You will need reliable high-speed internet, a professional remote workspace, and comfort collaborating through video calls, project management tools, and written communication. You will join a collaborative advertising team where strong analysis, clear communication, and steady execution make a direct impact.

What You'll Do
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns, primarily in Google Ads, with potential expansion into display advertising.
  • Conduct keyword research, review search terms, manage negative keywords, and refine targeting to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor bids, budgets, ad copy, and conversion data to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Turn campaign data into clear insights and practical recommendations for clients and internal teams.
  • Partner with Account Managers on monthly reporting, strategy discussions, and occasional client calls.
  • Write and test ad copy using paid search best practices and A/B testing methods.
  • Use tools such as Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and project management platforms to stay organized and accountable.

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on paid search.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Google Ads Search Certification.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts at once, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with Google Ads Display, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Ads Editor, and annual ad budgets of $200K or more.
