Innovation & Product Development Manager
Location: Remote (Full-Time, Work-from-home position)

You will be experienced in training and educating people about the benefits and power of new technology and AI’s potential in the workplace. You should be an early adopter of AI technologies with the ability to inject its benefits into existing workflows while designing new services to meet customer needs.

What you’ll do:
Product Management (60%):- Develop a product management framework that leverages data-driven insight, AI, and predictive analysis for the organization to identify the highest value improvements and updates for existing products and services to deliver greater customer outcomes.
- Guide department leaders and product owners through the refinement and enhancement of existing products and services through a continuous process of refinement.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and client outcomes, using a structured, problem-solving approach.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all strata of the business (from production to CEO) to identify product management priorities, investments, and scheduling with the aim of balancing organizational investments with the greatest outcomes.
- Translate complex projects into manageable tasks that align with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring product management efforts are sustainable and scalable.
- Stay up to date on Digital Marketing, AI technologies, and industry trends to ensure our competitive edge and standing as the innovative leader within our market.
- Analyze performance data, customer sentiment, and stakeholder input using AI and traditional analysis methods to explore new opportunities and create innovative solutions that set One Firefly apart from competitors.
- Develop a product roadmap for the organization which addresses customer needs, marketing trends and developments, and business objectives to ensure sustainable growth for our customers and business.
- Spearhead and manage the invention of brand-new AI-driven products and services tailored to the unique needs of our clients with a laser focus on improving client outcomes and organizational growth.
- Work with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and develop AI-enhanced offerings from concept to market launch, applying agile methodologies.
- Adopt an experimental mindset, utilizing rapid prototyping and iterative testing to validate AI-driven improvements and new product ideas.
- Be a change agent within the company, driving excitement for AI initiatives and fostering a culture that embraces AI-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication, develop curriculum, and host education across technical teams and non-technical teams to ensure a shared understanding and adoption of AI capabilities across the business.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure AI solutions are effectively integrated into existing and new products, working closely with senior leaders, product managers, team leads, and production staff.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated work experience in engineering or a related field, with the ability to break down complex projects into smaller, actionable tasks.
- Successful track record of managing complex projects from ideation to execution.
- Strong educational background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred but not required.
- Solid understanding of product management frameworks, with a focus on integrating AI to enhance processes and outcomes.
- Experience with rapid prototyping, experimentation, and agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, video, written communication, and curriculum.
- Ability to tell compelling stories around AI's potential and how it can positively impact the business, fostering enthusiasm and understanding among all levels of stakeholders.
- Ability to work with large proprietary datasets to train AI models and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with AI technologies is preferred but not mandatory. A deep interest in and aptitude for learning and applying AI to product management and development is essential.
- Strong aptitude for understanding and interpreting data, and using those insights to drive product development.
