Senior Director of Sales & Marketing recognized among 20 women shaping the future of the custom integration industry

Now in its third year, CE Pro’s Women to Watch feature recognizes women making a meaningful impact on the custom integration industry. The 2026 class includes 20 women selected for their leadership, innovation, mentorship and commitment to helping move the industry forward.

Kendall’s recognition reflects a career at One Firefly defined by growth, leadership and a deep commitment to the businesses and professionals the company serves.

Over the course of her career with One Firefly, Kendall has played an instrumental role in transforming the company’s web division into one of its most successful revenue-generating departments. She has personally built an estimated 200 to 300 websites for businesses in the custom integration industry and has led teams responsible for more than 1,000 additional website projects. She has also played a central role in the development and launch of several One Firefly offerings, including Mercury Pro, Video Pioneer and Amplify People.

Today, Kendall helps lead One Firefly’s sales and marketing efforts while serving as a member of the company’s executive leadership team and working closely with CEO Ron Callis on company strategy. Her influence extends beyond One Firefly as well. She has helped significantly expand the company’s educational programming, including webinars and industry events, and has spoken at leading events such as CEDIA Expo, Total Tech Summit and Lightapalooza.

Mentorship has also become an important part of Kendall’s leadership. Internally, she leads weekly sales training and spearheads a public speaking cohort designed to help emerging leaders strengthen their communication skills and confidence. CE Pro noted that her combination of product innovation, revenue leadership and mentorship has positioned her as a trusted advisor to integrators navigating marketing, hiring and business growth.
