This year’s event was an inspiring and enriching experience, bringing together all One Firefly employees to reconnect and celebrate shared goals and achievements. As part of its commitment to fostering a connected and collaborative work culture, this event held great significance in the One Firefly community.

The event featured amazing all-staff sessions and presentations from team members. Ron Callis, CEO of One Firefly, spoke about the company’s future state, sharing his vision and goals. Breakout sessions allowed teams to discuss product innovation, process improvement, and marketing planning.

Attendees also enjoyed a variety of fun activities, including yoga, archery, kayaking, a pickleball tournament, hat painting, and team dinners. These activities provided opportunities for team bonding and relaxation.

The event also featured two exciting guest speakers: Andy Crestodina, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Orbit Media, and Keith Esterly, Chief Learning Architect at HTSA. Their insights and expertise inspired and enlightened the team.

In addition to the engaging sessions, this year’s team event included One Firefly’s second-ever all-staff volunteer day. Partnering with the RCD Foundation,  the team painted a local school, reinforcing the company's dedication to giving back to the community and making a positive impact.
