Account Executive

Job Type: Full Time, Remote One Firefly is continuing to grow and we are looking to add an Account Executive to our team!

    The Account Executive reports to the Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing and is responsible for driving growth within the custom integration and audiovisual (AV) industry.​ In this role, you’ll focus on new business development, selling a suite of proven digital marketing solutions designed to help AV integrators grow their brand, generate leads, and drive revenue.

    You’ll deliver a top-notch experience to our customers in the AV and integration space, helping more businesses align with our North Star: helping people feel proud, prosperous, and connected.

    This is a salary + uncapped commission role, with on-target earnings of $130K — and no ceiling beyond that.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:

You don’t wait for leads — you generate them. You’re an outbound-first seller who gets energized by picking up the phone, making connections, and turning cold prospects into loyal customers.

You’ve spent the last few years cultivating sales in the AV, smart home, or technology integration space. Whether you’ve sold hardware, software, or services, you understand how these businesses operate and the challenges they face. You know the value of strong relationships with AV integrators and have a passion for helping them succeed through consultative selling.

You are consultative, strategic, and competitive. You understand pipeline math and rely on both your skills and your effort to exceed goals. You’re organized in your CRM, committed to the follow-up, and love closing deals that make a real difference.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Execute outbound sales strategies
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
  • Sell One Firefly’s suite of proven digital marketing solutions to help clients grow their business
  • Effectively manage and forecast your pipeline in CRM
  • Build relationships that lead to long-term customer success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client handoff

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Proven success in outbound B2B sales with a hunter mindset
  • Track record of exceeding quotas and generating your own pipeline
  • Experience selling to AV integrators, smart home technology firms, or related industries
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or creative services is a plus
  • Confidence in consultative sales conversations and storytelling
  • Exceptional organization and CRM skills
  • Self-starter energy and ability to thrive in a remote setting
