What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and advance a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Generate and close new client relationships through consultative selling.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Use CRM tools to track activity, manage follow-up, and keep pipeline data accurate.
- Lead phone and video sales conversations that uncover needs and connect prospects to the right solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth transition from signed agreement to client onboarding.
- Strengthen the One Firefly brand through professional, helpful, and consistent prospect communication.

What You’ll Bring
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B sales role.
- Experience selling marketing, creative, digital, or professional services.
- Strong phone and video selling skills, including discovery, objection handling, and closing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and how they support business growth.
- Ability to manage a territory, prioritize prospects, and persist through follow-up.
- A competitive, goal-oriented mindset balanced with strong listening and consultative selling skills.
- Preferred: Experience in custom integration, smart home technology, HVAC, or a related industry.

Compensation
This is a salary plus uncapped commission role. First-year on-target earnings are approximately $150,000, with significant earning potential beyond year one.
