About the Role:
One Firefly is growing, and we’re adding an Account Executive to our high-performing sales team. In this role, you’ll expand our award-winning marketing services into both existing and emerging markets — helping small to mid-sized businesses grow through smart, integrated marketing solutions.
Whether you have deep roots in the AV/custom integration space or are an outbound-first hunter from HVAC, security, or another trade industry, you’ll play a key role in shaping our client base and driving revenue. You’ll build relationships from warm leads, referrals, and targeted outbound outreach, all while collaborating with an incredible internal team.
This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission — and for the right candidate, an opportunity to own and shape a territory.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Build new client relationships in established and untapped markets
- Leverage outbound and inbound tactics to identify and close new business
- Consult with prospects to identify their goals and recommend tailored marketing solutions
- Track your pipeline and performance using CRM (Zoho)
- Collaborate closely with internal teams for a smooth post-sale handoff
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends and small business needs
Who You Are:
- A proven B2B sales performer with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Comfortable generating your own pipeline and owning the full sales cycle
- Experienced in AV/custom integration — or in a parallel trade like HVAC, security, electrical, plumbing, or tech
- Passionate about marketing and how it drives small business growth
- Skilled at consultative sales, storytelling, and relationship-building
- Confident selling over the phone, via video, and through CRM systems
- A goal-oriented, self-starting competitor who thrives in remote work environments
What You Bring:
- 2–5+ years in B2B sales; digital marketing agency or industry-specific sales experience a plus
- Strong organizational habits and CRM usage (Zoho or similar)
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and hunger for growth
