Location: Remote (Full-Time, Work-from-home position)


The Corporate Marketing Specialist reports to the Marketing & Corporate Programs Manager and is responsible for the operations and execution of One Firefly’s marketing initiatives that drive lead acquisition, sales enablement, agency communications, and brand development. The ideal candidate is a creative team player that enjoys writing, thinks critically, takes pride in their work, is highly motivated, enjoys learning, and tackles tasks with diligence and passion.  This person should also come to work with a positive attitude and be enthusiastic about accelerating company growth.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Manager to co-develop the overall marketing strategy to meet the business goals of the Organization. 
  • Oversee and take accountability for the execution and optimization of One Firefly’s marketing efforts across all channels, including - email, education, mailings, paid advertising, press, social, content, events, web, and others as necessary.
  • Coordinate with other departments across the organization to execute the corporate marketing plan.
  • Write and produce copy, key content pieces, and assets including (but not limited to):
    • blogs
    • case studies
    • press releases
    • award submissions
    • corporate newsletter/communications
    • social media
    • web 
    • internal/external Powerpoint presentations
  • Develop and craft campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention. 
  • Manage logistics of corporate events - tradeshows, conferences, etc.
  • Meet or exceed goals relating to opportunity generation, pipeline management as well as other company-driven initiatives.
  • Research, brainstorm, and share new marketing strategies with the Marketing Team, implement as necessary. 
  • Track results and generate dashboard and reporting to communicate progress to leadership.
  • Assist with the creation of Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team on ways to improve organization and efficiency within the department.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications strongly preferred.
  • Experience with writing, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience working within a CRM environment.
  • Experience working at a Marketing Agency preferred.
  • Digital marketing experience (social media,email, website, paid advertising, content marketing, graphic design) preferred.
  • Ability to utilize data analytics to deliver insight and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Background in technology/consumer electronics/home automation industries is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources and meet deadlines.
  • Skillful in data management and analysis preferred.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills and the ability to carry detailed projects through to completion.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as Adobe Editor.
  • Results-driven with a proven record of following through on commitments.
  • Proven problem solver that takes initiative.
  • Comfortable working remotely and on frequent video conferences (daily).
