This week's show features our host Ron Callis interviewing Mark Cichowski, Founder and CEO of the Technology and Business Summits, from his home office in Aliso Viejo, CA. Mark is an industry veteran dating back to his start in 12-volt car audio in 1979. He was with Sonance when CEDIA was founded and in 2009 founded the Technology & Business Summit events that will be held in 10 cities in the USA in 2018. About Mark Cichowski
Mark has been in the industry since 1979. Started selling audio and video equipment before getting recruited by Sonance where he spent 6 years as International Sales Manager and became a founding member of CEDIA. He worked in top management positions for different companies in the industry and founded Clarity AV International, Inc back in 2002, which he still owns.
In 2009, Mark founded the Technology & Business Summit events. These events are rep centric, which had not been done before. They are local, focused, education oriented events, highlighted with exhibits from some of the top manufacturers in the AV, Control & Technology industry.

This week's show features our host Ron Callis interviewing George Tucker from his home in Yonkers, NY. George is a 25 year AV industry veteran most recently with Aurora Multimedia as Director of Product Education. George is also a CEDIA instructor and the Co-Founder of AV Nation.

George Tucker brings 25 years of AV experience with display technologies education, social media, and system integration background. Tucker’s various positions in audio visual has had him involved with nearly every aspect of the industry. His career has included time as a systems programmer, live events video tech, working on automation for theater, managing national support for a major industry manufacture, and recording studios. In addition, George teaches for CEDIA and he is the Co-Founder of AV Nation.

As the VP of Emerging Technologies for CEDIA, Dave Pedigo’s role is create partnerships with manufacturers, service providers and standards bodies that will proactively address the emerging technology needs of home technology professionals at every level. He facilitates easy communication between manufacturers and integrators, and identifies new channels of revenue. Dave previously worked in the satellite industry, as the Senior Director of Education for SBCA and as a Technical Training Engineer at Hughes Network Systems. Prior to working in the technology sector, Dave was a teacher for at-risk youth at an alternative high school in Baltimore.
