    Will you create social media profiles if I don’t have one?
    Yes — One Firefly will create a Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn profile with you if you don’t have one. Any account created will be entirely owned by you — our team will only need administrator access to manage your campaigns during the time period of our working relationship.
    Can I still post to my accounts?
    Yes, of course! Feel free to create and share your own posts at any time. You will always have full access to and control over your business social media accounts. We also encourage you and your team to share posts from the company page to your personal pages. This is a great way to expand the reach of your content and the engagement it receives.
    Do you reply to comments or questions on posts?
    No, our team does not do any community management, including liking or commenting on questions and post responses. We encourage you, or someone on your team, to monitor your company pages and jump in to like comments and answer questions on posts when they arise. This is a great opportunity for your business to engage more with your followers!
    How often do you post?
    Our standard offerings of posting frequency are four posts a month per platform or eight posts a month per platform. You are free to create and publish your own posts as well, outside of One Firefly-produced posts. We recommend reaching out to our team to discuss the posting frequency that is the best fit for your business.
    How are post topics chosen?
    If you have specific post topics you’d like to promote, you may tell your account manager and we’ll work them into your social media. Otherwise, our team will choose the post topics, drawing on the company content you have available. Posts may include blog articles, relevant web pages on your site, client-supplied content, case studies, press releases, project photos, YouTube videos and UI University training videos.
    Will I see the topic calendar before publication?
    Topic calendars and review and approval calendars are available at certain account management tiers, which require an additional monthly investment. We recommend reaching out to our team to discuss the right investment for you, based on your needs.
