Position Summary

The Web Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in all web content published across One Firefly’s websites. This role is heavily focused on content management, copy placement, formatting, and quality control within CMS platforms such as WordPress and Joomla. A typical day may include uploading and formatting copy, styling content to match brand guidelines, performing quality checks, and supporting web maintenance requests.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong grasp of written English and formatting, and can confidently navigate CMS environments. While not a pure “developer” role, this position requires comfort working in web platforms, applying SEO-friendly formatting, and troubleshooting minor content or styling issues.

  • Content Management & Publishing

    • Upload, format, and style copy across WordPress and Joomla websites.
