What you’ll do:
As the cornerstone of our new division, you will:

• Craft and Lead: Build from the ground up - from strategic planning to executing service offerings that redefine industry standards.
• Inspire and Mentor: Lead a team destined for greatness. Your guidance will shape the future leaders of our industry.
• Achieve and Excel: With your finger on the pulse, you’ll ensure we not only meet our ambitious goals but surpass them.
• Engage and Innovate: Be the face of innovation, engaging with clients and turning their needs into our next breakthrough service.

Who You Are:

• An experienced leader with over 10+ years in recruiting, ideally within the custom integration (residential/commercial) industry. Your journey reflects a track record of measurable success and innovation.
• A Topgrading aficionado: You're not just familiar with Topgrading and/or 'Who: A-Method for Hiring'—you've mastered these approaches, making excellence the standard in talent acquisition.
• An entrepreneur at heart: Your mindset is wired for success, innovation, and growth. You see opportunities where others see challenges.
• A visionary strategist: You're known for your ability to develop and execute strategies that lead to success.
