Job Title: Associate Recruiter
Location: Remote (Full-Time, Work-from-home position)

POSITION SUMMARY:

One Firefly is continuing to grow and we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Recruiter to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in our growth by assisting in the recruitment and talent acquisition process. You will play an active role in our Amplify People brand by helping our clients recruit and build their own exceptional teams. Your ability to connect with talented individuals, understand their aspirations, and match them with the right opportunities will be pivotal in driving the success of our Amplify People service. *This role has an anticipated start date in early January 2024*

What you’ll do: 

  • Partner with our Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist to assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients under the Amplify People brand. 
  • Participating in onboarding discussions with clients to gain insight into their hiring requirements.
  • Administration work including but not limited to creating job posts that are adaptable and can be easily shared across various job boards ensuring maximum visibility to potential candidates. 
  • Configuring job listings and setting up client profiles on the JazzHR platform. 
  • Thoroughly review and assess candidate resumes to identify qualifications, skills, and relevant experience in alignment with job requirements. 
  • Engage in phone interviews with potential candidates to evaluate their communication skills, assess their qualifications, and gauge their initial fit for the position. 
  • Assist with facilitating video interviews and providing comprehensive notes that can be shared with clients
  • Proactively engage in headhunting activities to identify and attract top talent to meet client expectations

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or Sociology strongly preferred
  • 2 years of experience recruiting top talent preferably in a recruiter or marketing agency setting
  • 2 years of experience using an applicant tracking system 
  • 2 years of experience headhunting
  • Understanding of the Topgrading hiring methodology
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized in a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Proven record of integrity 
  • Proven record of following through on commitments
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in regards to client information
  • Comfortable working remotely and on frequent video conferences (daily)
  • Must be a lifelong learner
  • Proven problem solver that takes initiative
  • Exceptional communication skills
