Here at One Firefly, we’ve been growing at an accelerated rate, and practicing the best hiring methodologies behind recruiting, attracting, and ultimately retaining talent to our team.
Now we’re ready to bring these methodologies to integrators in our industry, and help you find the right people who will be great skills, personality, and culture matches for your team. Let’s work together to find the best candidates to accelerate your growth.

Amplify People includes a refined process — The AMPLIFY Process — designed to recruit, attract, and ultimately hire quality candidates to your organization. Here at One Firefly, we’ve been practicing and refining the best hiring methodologies for many years now, and we’re excited to bring our proven process to integrators in our industry.
Amplify People is a recurring service with multiple packages differentiated by the quantity of candidates we’ll help you place during the year. While you’ll make the yearly payment upfront, you’ll then have the flexibility to pace your hires depending on your business needs throughout the year. We also have a la carte options if you need to add on candidates outside of your package.
In the future, Amplify People will include additional services to help your business retain good talent. We know you invest a lot of time, money, and energy into your people — and we want to help you keep the right people on your team for years into the future.

After you submit the form, a member of our team will reach out within one week to discuss your responses in more detail. If we find that you’re a good fit for Amplify People based on the timing of hires, compensation and benefits match, types of roles, and other factors, we’ll place you on the waitlist. If we feel like you’re not a good fit at this time, we’ll let you know why.
As our availability to take on new clients opens, we’ll give you a 30-day notice to move off the waitlist and either start onboarding or decline to move forward.

Summer 2023 Survey: The State of Hiring in the AV Industry
We surveyed integrators to get an in-depth look at their challenges and perspectives on hiring and recruitment within the CI sector. We sent the survey to 430 integrators in July 2023, and received a response rate of 11%. The results shed light on some pressing concerns and provide valuable insights into the state of talent acquisition within our industry.
93.5% of respondents reported that finding the right talent has been a bottleneck to growing their business
97% of respondents forecasted having to hire new team members within the next 12 months
100% of respondents agreed that it’s important for prospective hires to be a great match for company culture

While the primary focus of Amplify People is to identify, vet, and present the top 2-3 candidates for your consideration, the final interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding process will be handled by your executive team or hiring manager. Our expertise lies in utilizing our hiring processes and methodologies to find the best candidates who align with your company culture and values.
We are excited to share that in 2024, we will be expanding our services to include support related to employee retention and company culture, which will further assist your team in fostering a positive and productive work environment for long-term growth.
Our approach to recruiting and hiring is strategic and ethical. We primarily employ an inbound strategy that attracts applicants through carefully crafted job postings and strategic networking. While we may tap into the pool of suitable candidates in related industries (such as the electrical industry), we hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards and pledge not to headhunt or poach employees from other businesses within the CI channel.
