Job Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our recruiting team by driving candidate sourcing efforts, managing outreach, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

This is a junior-level position designed for someone looking to break into recruiting or grow their early career in talent acquisition. Over time, this role will provide the opportunity to take on more responsibility, including candidate prescreening and progression into a Recruiter position.

Responsibilities
  • Source candidates across multiple platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards
  • Conduct outreach to prospective candidates, generating interest and building talent pipelines
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters/hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within Zoho/JazzHR and other systems
  • Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in improving sourcing strategies and outreach messaging to increase engagement
  • Learn and follow Amplify People’s recruiting processes and best practices
  • Over time, participate in candidate prescreening and initial qualification conversations
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to meet and exceed expectations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop a career in recruiting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Experience with sourcing tools or applicant tracking systems is a plus, but not required

Work Environment & Schedule
  • Fully remote role based in Mexico
  • Flexible working hours with the expectation to be available for team meetings at 9:30 AM EST
