    Do the maintenance plans factor in revision requests?
    Yes — our web maintenance plans build in two hours of courtesy revision time per quarter. If you require additional revisions beyond two hours’ worth of work, we can offer more time on an hourly retainer fee.
    Do I have to enter a service contract with One Firefly for hosting and maintenance?
    We do require our web maintenance customers to make a 12-month commitment when they sign up for a maintenance plan.

    We do not require customers to enter a service contract for hosting. But we do offer discounted pricing if you sign a contract with us on a 12 or 24-month basis. Please reach out to our team to learn more about our contract options!
    Do I receive a discount if I pay for 12 months in advance?
