About Steven Weber
Liaison was founded June, 2014 after Steven had a poor personal experience with the integration industry. He had previously worked for 25 years as a General Surgeon. In 2013 he decided to go to part time status and only operate 1 day a week in an under-served rural community in central Illinois. Steven is actively involved in a nonprofit organization that trains African Surgeons. He’s served as a surgical consultant to Macedonia, Kenya, Niger and Bangladesh. He’s always pushed the envelope with technology even while in medicine. I was an early adopter with robotic surgery and endovascular repair of arterial diseases. Steven has been married for 34 years, has 3 kids and 3 grandchildren and fortunate to have his youngest son working with his company and running the Aspen team.

Joseph Piccirilli is an accomplished consultant, strategist and speaker with a 40-year career that spans the consumer electronics, systems integration and energy industries. In his current capacity at RoseWater Energy Group, he oversees the manufacturing, sales and distribution of leading new technology for residential power storage and handling efforts. Piccirilli was one of the founders of Sound Advice, a publically held upscale consumer electronics retail company. Piccirilli then began to study the causes and effects of the deteriorating power quality in North America. In particular, the damage poor power quality causes in automated residences. That study lead him to develop the Rosewater Energy HUB.

About Giles Sutton
Giles Sutton is the Senior Vice President of Industry Engagement at CEDIA. In this role he is charged with driving member engagement around the world, facilitating strong partnerships across the industry, and helping build awareness of the CEDIA channel among architects, builders and interior designers.
Giles has spent the last 13 years as Managing Director of James and Giles Ltd. based in London. Under his leadership the company won numerous industry awards and had its work featured in industry press as well as national publications. Prior to founding James and Giles, he worked for a pro audio installation company designing recording studios and live sound systems.
Before ever joining the CEDIA staff, Giles spent many years as a volunteer. Not only has he served on the board; Giles has also served on the Membership Advisory Council, the Designation Task Force, the Governance Committee, Trailblazers Apprentice Working Group (EMEA) as well as CEDIA Treasurer. In addition to these volunteer roles, Giles has been a leader for a CEDIA Group, he’s a COI and ESC-D certified.
Giles graduated in 2001 with a BA Honours degree in Sound Technology from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA).
