As Client Support Associate at One Firefly, Stephanie is responsible for helping with the Lead Concierge service. Along with interacting with clients, she assists with some administrative related duties for content production like posting blogs and communicating with clients. Stephanie is a senior in her current university at Florida International University studying English Literature. On her free-time, Stephanie enjoys working on personal projects that vary from making videos to reviewing books. If she’s not reading or writing up new story ideas, you can find her sifting through articles and forums to make sure she’s always in the know with what’s going on around her.
